As of February 1, 2024 our leased land of Deer Valley Club has been sold to Northway Forests LLC. Land Vest of Lowville, NY will be our forestry service provider.

I have been advised that the new owners will host an in person meeting in the late winter/early spring. I will update the membership following that meeting. - Fred

* All vehicles, including ATV’s, snowmobiles, etc. MUST be registered & insured - NO EXCEPTIONS!

* Close and lock the gates at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS!

* NO additions or changes can be made to your camp or assessory buildings without approval.

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS… We need your help!

The annual workday is scheduled for Sunday, September 14, 2025. We will be meeting at the bulletin board parking lot at 9 AM. 

Several chores need to get done this workday, including certain spots on roads that need ditches opened, plus fill trucked and rocks dug out. Brush needs to be cut to the back beaver pond. Several members have offered to bring small excavators and dump trucks or dump trailers to help with roadwork. Anyone willing to bring equipment please give me a call at 518-623-3934 so we can coordinate our efforts.

Shovels, rakes, chainsaws, etc. plus people are needed this year.
